Welcome to UK Treibball
Treibball (pronounced Try-ball) is an exciting, reward-based dog sport designed to build a stronger bond between you and your dog through teamwork, focus, and fun. Often described as “urban herding,” Treibball involves guiding your dog to push large inflatable balls into a goal – like a doggy version of football!
Originally developed in Germany as a mental and physical outlet for herding breeds, Treibball has grown into a global sport enjoyed by dogs of all breeds and backgrounds – not just herding types. Whether you have a high-energy pup that needs a job or a shy dog looking to build confidence, Treibball is a fantastic way to engage your dog in a positive, structured, and fun activity.

Why Try Treibball?
Treibball offers more than just entertainment — it promotes:
- Teamwork & Communication: Strengthen the connection between you and your dog through non-verbal cues and cooperative play.
- Focus & Impulse Control: Help your dog learn to listen, wait, and act with purpose — even around big, bouncy distractions.
- Confidence Building: Especially powerful for nervous or under-confident dogs, Treibball gives them a sense of achievement and joy.
- Mental & Physical Stimulation: Keep your dog’s brain and body engaged without the need for endless running or rough play.
- Inclusive & Accessible: From Border Collies to Bulldogs, puppies to seniors, Treibball is for every dog and every person.
